Melissa Sayer, Principal

Melissa believes that her clients are best served by thoughtful and practical advice up front to avoid litigation or other issues downstream. She speaks and writes frequently on matters of corporate law and general business interest. Actively involved in the community, Melissa currently serves on the board of the Ventura County Economic Development Association and is a member of the Corporate Committee of Women's Economic Ventures (WEV). She owns an avocado and citrus ranch outside of Santa Paula where she lives with her family and her goats, dogs, cats and chickens.
